Today, I am thankful for the good people of this world.
Today I witnessed the goodness of humanity, contrary to everything that surrounds us in the media. A friend of ours is organizing a charity event to support citizens of Peru. She is tirelessly working day after day to ensure this event is a success. She also has a supporting cast to assist her with this task; most all of whom will never meet the people who will benefit from the work of this charity.
Such inspiration is becoming more rare with each passing day, so I cherish friends of mine, and others around the world, who rise to the challenge of fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves.
